MISSION ONE The Gulf of Oman -and a secret location welcomes the arrival of the elite SEAL team.Their objective? To rescue the crew of a recently shot down helicopter. MISSION TWO Beirut -a dangerous stockpile of missiles must be destroyed before terrorists have a chance to use them.Only the SEAL team have the capability to complete the mission. You control the team.You control the action.You hold the fate of innocent lives in your hands. *LOADING* *Amiga 500* Disconnect external drives. Insert the disk in drive A and turn on the computer.The program will then load automatically. *Amiga 1000* Disconnect external drives. Insert the game disk.When the Workbench disk illustration appears insert the game disk.The program will then automatically load and run. *CONTROLS* Navy SEALS is a one player game controlled by joystick with the following additional keys. AMIGA JOYSTICK - PORT 2 H - PAUSE/RESUME A - ABORT GAME Press fire to start UP - JUMP LEFT - CHARACTER LEFT RIGHT - CHARACTER RIGHT DOWN - CROUCH FIRE BUTTON - FIRE DOWN/LEFT - CRAWL LEFT DOWN/RIGHT - CRAWL RIGHT Push joystick UP while standing underneath an object - GRAB Push joystick UP while hanging from an object - SWING UP DOWN/FIRE BUTTON - SWING DOWN JUMP/UP (WHEN NEXT TO CRATE) - CLIMB CRATE *GAME PLAY* LEVEL ONE: THE HARBOUR You come ashore at the terrorsit base.Plant detonators at each Stinger missile avoiding guards or killing them where necessary. SHOT CRATES TO EVEAL EXTRA WEAPONS AND GAIN BONUS POINTS-APLLICABLE TO ALL LEVELS. LEVEL TWO: THE COMMUNICATIONS TOWER After the tower has been secured all terrorist communication links will be severed and enemy reinforcements will not be summoned.You must then escape underground to the barracks. LEVEL THREE & FOUR: THE BARRACKS Storm the barracks and remove any resistance LEVEL FIVE: RESCUE THE HOSTAGE Plant detonators on all Stinger missiles,make your way to the prison where the pilot is being held and then make your escape. LEVEL SIX: THE ESCAPE Escape the base as quickly as possible or you will miss the rendezvous with the US helicopter. LEVEL SEVEN & EIGHT: MISSIOM TWO Make your way through the streets of Beirut avoiding enemy fire.When you reach the Stinger missile stockpile - destroy them. *STATUS AND SCORING* The status panel shows from left to right:Character in play, energy, stinger missiles to be detonated, score, time remaining, shots remaining and current weapon.Points awarded are as follows: SHOOTING TERRORIST - 75 POINTS DETONATING BOMB - 250 POINTS EXTRA WEAPON - 50 POINTS *HINTS & TIPS* -Practise all the available moves until you can use them instinctively. -Learn the map layouts to reduce level completiontime. -Memorise where the terrorists appear. -Remenber terrorists only shoot when they se you. -Utilise the extra weapons properly for easy progress.
